I have the white long sleeve and LOVE but I also really love my Donni navy, short-sleeve pointelle. It's got a more stretchy baby-T feeling than the Leset, so different vibes, but still super nice quality and fits really well!
I love the Cou Cou pointelle tee! ^ Agree that it’s dainty, but that’s also kinda what I want out of a pointelle tee. Just bought my 2nd one from the SSENSE sale.
I also got the Leset Margot in the same SSENSE order, and I’m returning it. I feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t love it 🫣. It was a little too flimsy and paper-y for me, but I do like my white shirts a little thicker (like the Uniqlo crew neck, COS clean cut, etc.)
I'll vouch for Cou Cou intimates- I haven't tried their tee but I do own their pointelle camis in white and black in both lengths. Design wise they're daintier(some may say flimsier?) than Leset's own camis but that's a stylistic choice and up to you to pick! Yes they were $200 total but I live in them 24/7. I do want to try Leset as well though👀
HA! YES spendy often does mean that they are amazing. I’m glad to hear from someone on CouCou because I’ve been spying a dress from them. Are the shirts cropped?
Very much so. I like both lengths, but the "long" cami just covers the average belly button. The regular is quite cropped, and might create the illusion of a wider torso because of where it ends(of course, depending on how long your torso is). I lean slightly in favor of the long ver because it's more flattering on me. Things might also be different if you have a large bust--does not apply to me whatsoever.
I vouch for the leset Margot tee *but* I’m dying for a trick to keep the armpits white. I’m all for investing in a basic but white is so tough. Any tips???
Ah, Elle, I'm so grateful you found my soft launch!! Now how do I talk you into writing a review for me?!
ALSO RE keeping armpits white (1) I used aluminum free deodorant because apparently it's partially the aluminum's fault? but also I use bluing liquid and I sun dry when I can because the sun naturally bleaches. I take no credit but all knowledge comes from Rajiv (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R87SIgGC20k&t=911s).

ALSO, what do I have to do to get you to write a review for me?!
ummm...! say the word.
Ooh that's good feedback. So would you say Donni is more fitted?
yes, it's more stretchy in general!

Wait, Sarah, we totally need a Margot review because I hear back and forth on it and for the $$ I want it to be so worth it!

Their dresses have been in my cart for quite a while now ;)
